“Finnegan’s….Powered By Potatoes!” Brothers Paul & Joe Finnegan are 5th generation farmers, based in the heart of the Boyne Valley region, near Navan in Co. Meath. Traditionally supplying fresh potatoes from field gate to your dinner plate, but keen to expand their offering and find an alternative use for potatoes, the Finnegan brothers bid to boost potato consumption by making the potato a more fashionable part of modern day meals and a healthy, convenient food for consumers on the go.
To solve this issue, they have introduced a new pre-cooked chilled potato range to the market, positioning potatoes as naturally fat free, tasty and versatile. Finnegan’s new range includes chips, wedges, baked potato, marinated baby potatoes, mash, sweet potato mash etc… with convenience a key driver for the modern time-poor consumer.
